Japanese gastropub and extension of Izakaya Tori, located near the University of Tampa. Daily 4–6 PM happy hour with cocktails $10 and under. A late happy hour adds $1.50 oysters and $9 izakaya bites. One of the most distinctive bar programs in the Hyde Park/SoHo corridor.
