A stunning circular Embarcadero seafood restaurant featuring two-story aquarium tanks and sweeping Bay Bridge views from nearly every seat. Waterbar's daily afternoon happy hour (2:30–5 PM) is one of the best in the city, with a rotating featured oyster at $1.55 each and a carefully curated selection of California wines and local beers. The atmosphere is upscale yet relaxed, ideal for lingering over a dozen oysters and a glass of Gavi.
