OMAKAI is Miami's fastest-growing omakase-inspired hand-roll concept, with locations in Wynwood, Coconut Grove, Aventura, and Doral. Daily happy hour across all Miami locations. The brand's hand-roll-bar format — influenced by Tokyo's conveyor-belt sushi culture — has generated strong local press and social media following. The Aventura location co-anchors the Novecento strip at 18831 Biscayne. The only seven-day-a-week sushi happy hour in Aventura, offering premium nigiri and sake at under-$10 prices — an exceptional value for a neighborhood where omakase dinner runs $42–$52.
