Durango Casino & Resort opened in December 2023 as one of Las Vegas's most anticipated new luxury properties. Nicco's is its flagship steakhouse — featuring an almond wood Mi Brasa oven — with a regular menu that runs to Japanese Wagyu at $63/oz.
